Delivery Times
The average delivery time to most regions is within 5-10 days, however this may vary, particularly for European, Middle Eastern, Asian & African destinations. Ped Pads are sent via Airmail.
Your Responsibilities
Please note that you are responsible for duties, fees, and insurance costs that may apply. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the delivery of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we then cannot issue you a refund.
Duties & Taxes
Generally, import duties will not be charged on detox products, as these are classified as 'basic food' items. Orders to USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand will generally avoid any charges. Customs authorities in Europe tend to be slightly more strict, especially for 'vitamin' & 'supplement' products. Please note that as the receiver of the goods, you are solely responsible for paying any import charges that may apply.
Lost Items
Should you not receive your goods within 2 weeks then please contact us. We will initially request that you check with your local Postal Agency and Customs Agency to ensure the package is not being held for any reason. Once we receive confirmation that the goods are still missing we will initiate 'lost items proceedings'.
